AideAI is an AI team for student life on Mac. Learn, Plan, Write, Wellness, and Aide Main provide focused help for adaptive study, realistic planning, clearer writing, and a sustainable work rhythm inside one permission-based workspace.

Meeting Assistant captures audio and changing screen context during lectures, office hours, and project calls. It combines on-device transcription, screen OCR, visual replay, summaries, and action items without adding a bot participant; Stealth mode keeps AideAI windows out of supported macOS screen shares and recordings.

AideAI includes 16 built-in extensions on Free and Premium: Canvas LMS, Google Workspace, Calendar, Voice Memos, PLAUD.AI, Reminders, Notes, Mail, Browser History, Browser Automation, Clipboard History, Local Files, Flows, Skills, Shell Commands, and Codex (OpenAI Codex via the local Aide Context Bridge on DMG). MCP servers and Zapier extend the built-in ecosystem.
